Pay:

• £14.38 per hour (Weekdays)

• £14.85 per hour (Weekends)

We are currently looking for an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to join our team at Croft Lodge. This is a 36-hour permanent position, working a flexible shift pattern, including every other weekend. As a Team Leader, you will lead by example, supporting the care team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care while ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout the home. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the care team on shift.

• Ensure all residents receive high-quality, person-centred care.

• Administer and oversee medications in line with company policies and procedures.

• Maintain accurate care plans and resident records.

• Liaise with healthcare professionals, residents and their families.

• Support with staff training, mentoring and development.

• Assist with shift planning and day-to-day running of the home.

• Promote residents' wellbeing through regular assessment and review of care needs.

What We're Looking For

• Medication trained.

• Previous experience working in a care setting.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3 preferred).

• Flexible to work a varied shift pattern.

• Available to work every other weekend.
